I met Tetiana a handful of years ago in Washington DC and was instantly captivated by her. Tetiana has a unique story, and over cake one afternoon in Dupont Circle, she shared tales from her childhood summers spent in the countryside of Ukraine and recent escapades to energy-charged centers of the world. Tetiana is a breath of fresh air, a truly light-filled soul who is here to guide others in a path filled with more levity while also grounding into what is.
When we connected a few months ago, she shared her new journey as a mentor in heart-centered living and I was intrigued to learn more. The heart is a place in my own body, both spiritually and physically, that I have held a lot of tension in. I believe it’s because I am such a dreamer—a believer in fantasy and love and world peace that my heart has been let down so often by the reality of our sometiems harsh world. I’ve had many energy workers mention my heart—how I would have to let go of the heartbreak and be willing to trust over and over again. It’s been years of ongoing work to open my heart and reclaim it’s beautiful loving energy, and I’m still on this journey.
Chatting with Tetiana was a delight and I hope this conversation inspires you.
Part one is our conversation about heart-based living, and part two is a little gift to you all—a short meditation to practice breathing from the heart.
Enjoy <3.
